REGULATION (EURATOM, ECSC, EEC) No 1725/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 1 August 1972 adjusting the weighting applicable to the remuneration of officials and other servants of the European Communities employed in Switzerland

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the weighting applicable to the remuneration of officials and other servants in that country should be Having regard to the Staff Regulations » of officials adjusted; and the Conditions of Employment of other servants of the European Communities laid down in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68,1 as last amended by Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No 1473/72,2 and in particular Articles 64, 65 (2) and Article 1 82 of the Staff Regulations and the first paragraph of Article 20 and Article 64 of the Conditions of With effect from 1 January 1972, 102-6 shall be Employment ; substituted for the weighting applicable to the remuneration of officials and other servants Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; employed in Switzerland laid down in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC ) No 600/72. Whereas in Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC ) No 600/723 the Council adjusted the weightings appli­ cable to the remuneration and pensions of officials Article 2 and other servants of the European Communities ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Whereas, given the appreciable rise in the cost of following its publication in the Official journal of the living in Switzerland during the second half of 1971 , European Communities.
