REGULATION (EEC) No 1983/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 September 1972 amplifying Regulation (EEC) No 2588/69 establishing the list of airline companies exempt from providing the guarantee required within the framework of the Community transit system

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ and the national air transport company of the MUNITIES, Republic of Mali, 'Air-Mali', should be included in that list having regard to the grounds on which the list was established; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the provisions of this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Committee on Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Community Transit; 542/691 of 18 March 1969 on Community Transit, and in particular Article 45 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2588/692 of 22 December 1969, amended by Commission Regulations (EEC) Nos 2631 /703 and 1571 /71 ,4 of 23 Sole Article December 1970 and 22 July 1971 respectively, established a list of airline companies exempt from The following shall be added to the list appearing in providing the guarantee required within the the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No framework of the Community transit system; 2588/69 of 22 December 1969 :

— Cameroun Airlines, Douala; Whereas the national air transport company of the Federal Republic of Cameroon, 'Cameroun Airlines', — Air-Mali, Bamako.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
