REGULATION (EEC) No 2107/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 2 October 1972 fixing the standard average values for citrus fruits to be applied during the periods at the beginning of the 1972/73 importing season
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM Whereas application of these rules and criteria means MUNITIES, that the standard average values to be applied during the periods at the beginning of the 1972/73 importing season for the citrus fruits listed should be as Having regard to the Treaty establishing the indicated in the Annex to this Regulation; European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1570/701 of 3 August 1970 establishing a system of Article 1 standard average values for citrus fruits, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2100/722 of 29 The standard average values to be applied during the September 1972, and in particular Article 2 (2) periods at the beginning of the importing season for thereof; the citrus fruits listed in the Annex are hereby fixed as shown in that table. Whereas Article 2 (2) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1570/70 lays down that the standard Article 2 average values to be applied at the beginning of the importing season are to be established on the basis of the arithmetic mean of standard average values of the This Regulation shall enter into force on the , day of second and third periods of application of the its publication in the Official Journal of the preceding season ; European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
