REGULATION (EEC) No 2139/72 OF THE COUNCIL

of 3 October 1972 amending Regulation No 134/67/EEC as regards the standard amounts for calculating the sluice-gate price for pig carcases

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas general production and marketing costs, in particular the former, have also increased Having regard to the Treaty establishing the substantially on the world market in recent years ; European Economic Community ; whereas the standard amount representing these costs must therefore be fixed at a higher level ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 121 /67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in pigmeat, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/71 ,2 and in particular Article 12 (4) thereof; Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Whereas the standard amounts referred to in Article The following shall be substituted for Article 3 of 12 (2) (b) and (c) of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC Regulation No 134/67/EEC : were fixed at 12% of the value of the quantity of £ 1 . The standard amount referred to in Article feed grain and 17-37 . units of account per 100 12 (2) (b) of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC shall be kilogrammes of pig carcases respectively by Council 15% of the value specified in Article 2 of this.
