REGULATION (EEC) No 2140/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 3 October 1972

extending for the years 1971, 1972 and 1973 certain time limits for granting aid from the Guidance Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, end of December 1971 ; whereas the examination of projects for the year 1971 therefore began only after that date; whereas the time limit within which the Commission must decide on the merits of such Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European projects must therefore be extended.
