REGULATION (EEC) No 2538/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 December 1972 fixing the conversion factors to be applied to the buying-in price provided for, in respect of mandarins, by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2431/72

'Sizing' conversion factor Article 2

Where, in respect of mandarins of the Quality Sizing Conversion factor Classes 'Extra ', T and ' II ', presented in new packing of the ' Perdu ' type, the intervention operations provided for in Articles 18 and 19 respectively of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 — more than 69 ram 1-15 are carried out ' inclusive of packing', the — 54 mm/69 mm 1-00 buying-in price shall be adjusted not only by the conversion factors provided for in Article 1 — less than 54 mm 0-80 but also by a packing conversion factor in cases where the products are distributed in accordance with the first and sixth indents of Article 21 For mixed sizings, the conversion factor to be used is ( 1 ) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 and the that relating to the smallest size contained in the packing is not retrieved for re-use . package in question . The conversion factor provided for in the preceding subparagraph shall be so fixed that when applied to the buying-in price as already adjusted by the other factors it results in an 'Presentation ' conversion factor increase in the price of 1-8 units of account per 100 kilogrammes net.
