REGULATION (EEC) No 2710/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 December 1972 fixing :he producer price of tunny intended for the canning industry for the 1973 fishing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNI­ (EEC) No 2142/70 has increased ; whereas there­ TIES, fore a new price for the 1973 fishing year should be fixed, Having regard tc» the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2142/701 of the Council of 20 October 1970 on the common organisation of the market in fishery Article 1 products as last amended by the Act2 annexed to the Treaty concerning the Accession of new Member States to the European Economic The Community producer price of tunny Community and :he European Atomic Energy intended for the canning industry and the product to which it relates are fixed as Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January follows : 1972, and in particular Article 15 (5) thereof; Having regard to the proposal from the Com­ mission; Commercial Community Product producer price specifications (in u.a. /t) Whereas Article 15 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 provides that a Community producer price s.iall be fixed for the tunny Yellow-finned whole, not intended for the canning industry; Tunny weighing more than 10 kg 525 Whereas the Community producer price of tunny intended for the canning industry was fixed for the first time by Regulation (EEC) This price shall be valid until 31 December 1973 . No 169/713; whereas this price was reintroduced for the 1972 fishi ig year by Regulation (EEC) No 2657/714 ; Article 2 Whereas the average of prices recorded for the last three fishing years according to the detailed This Regulation shall enter into force on rules laid down in Article 15 (4) of Regulation 1 January 1973 .
