REGULATION (EEC) No 2830/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 December 1972 on the total or partial suspension of Common Customs Tariff duties on certain agricultural products originating in Turkey

Article 3 3 . Any Member State may remit to the Council the measure taken by the Commission within a period of ten working days following 1 .
