REGULATION (EEC) No 2850/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 December 1972

fixing the withdrawal prices for the fishery products listed in Annex I (A) and (C) to Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 for the 1973 fishing year

­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas differentation by commercial specifica tions can also be effected by applying the criteria used for this purpose when the common Article 1 marketing standards were being laid down; Without prejudice to provisions applicable in specific landing areas , the withdrawal prices Whereas the conversion factors used to dif­ provided for in Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) ferentiate products by commercial specifications No 2142/70 and the products to which they are those listed in Annex II to Commission relate shall be as indicated in the Annex to this Regulation (EEC) No 1623/72 of 28 July 19721 ; Regulation .
