REGULATION ( EEC ) No 3 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 2 January 1973 fixing the premiums to be added to the levies on cereals and malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force , which are to be added to the levies , should COMMUNITIES , be altered as shown in the tables annexed to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 120 / 67/ EEC i 1 ) of 13 June 1967 on the common organisa­ Article 1 tion of the market in cereals , as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 2429 /72 ( 2 ), and in particular The scale of the premiums to be added, pursuant to Article 16 ( 6 ) thereof ; Article 15 of Regulation No 120/67/EEC , to the import levies fixed in advance in respect of cereals Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies and malt is hereby fixed as shown in the tables on cereals and malt were fixed by Regulation ( EEC ) annexed to this Regulation . No 1631 /72 ( 3 ) and subsequent amending Regula­ tions ; Article 2 Whereas , on the basiis of today's c.i.f. prices and c.i.f. This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 January forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
