REGULATION (EEC) No 10/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 January 1973 altering the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN developments on the market into account, the cor­ COMMUNITIES , rective amount at present applicable to the refund on cereals should be altered ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/ EEC ( x ) of 13 June 1967 on the common organisa­ tion of the market in cereals , as last amended by Article 1 Regulation ( EEC ) No 2429/72 (2 ), and in particular The corrective amount referred to in Article 16 ( 4) the second sentence of the first subparagraph of of Regulation No 120/67/EEC which is applicable Article 16 ( 4 ) thereof ; to the export refunds fixed in advance in respect of cereals is hereby altered as shown in the table Whereas the co rective amount applicable to the re­ fund on cereals was fixed by Regulation ( EEC ) annexed to this Regulation . No. 2770/72 ( 3 ) and subsequent amending Regula­ tions ; Article 2

Whereas, on the basis of today's c.i.f. prices and This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 January c.i.f. forward delivery prices , taking foreseeable 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
