REGULATION (EEC ) No 12/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 January 1973 fixing the import levy on molasses

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levy at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC ( 1 ) of 18 December 1967 on the common organ­ isation of the market in sugar, as last amended by Article 1 Regulation ( EEC ) No 2429/72 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 14 ( 7) thereof ; The levy referred to in Article 14 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1009/67/EEC is , in respect of molasses , hereby Whereas the import levy on molasses was fixed by fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Regulation ( EEC ) No 1395 /72 ( 3 ) and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC ) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 January 1395/72 to the information at present available to 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
