REGULATION (EEC) No 33/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 5 January 1973 fixing the export levies on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the export levies on olive oil were fixed by COMMUNITIES, Regulation ( EEC ) No 2581 /72 ( 8) and all subsequent amending regulations ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro Whereas it follows from applying the rules and pean Economic Community ; other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2581 /72 to the offer prices known to the Commis Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ sion that the export levies at present in force should 66/EEC (*) of 22 September 1966 on the estab be altered as shown in the Table annexed to this lishment of a common organisation of the market Regulation ; in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC ) No 1547/72 (2 ) ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/ Article 1 66/EEC (3 ) of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between the Community and Greece ; The export levies referred to in Article 18 of Regula tion No 136/66/EEC are hereby fixed as shown in Having regard to Council Regulation No 171 / the Table annexed to this Regulation . 67/EEC (4) of 27 June 1967 on export refunds Article 2 and levies on olive oil, as last amended by Regula tion (EEC) No 2429/72 (5 ), and in particular Article This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 January 10 (3 ) thereof : 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
