REGULATION (EEC) No 79/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 January 1973 fixing the import levies on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the rules con­ COMMUNITIES, tained in Regulation (EEC) No 2192/72 to the prices known to the Commission that the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ this Regulation ; pean Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation Article 1 of the market in milk and mi'lk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1411 /71 (2 ), and The levies referred to in Article 14 (2) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 804/68 are hereby fixed as shown in the in particular Article 14 ( 8 ) thereof ; Annex . Article 2 Whereas the import levies on milk and milk products were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2192/ This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 January 72 (3) and subsequent amending Regulations ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
