REGULATION (EEC) No 102/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 January 1973 altering the export refund on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria COMMUNITIES, and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2803/72 to the information at present available Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ to the Commission that the export refunds at pre­ pean Economic Community ; sent in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC ( J ) of 22 September 1966 on the estab­ lishment of a common organisation of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ( EEC ) No 1547/72 ( 2) ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66/EEC (3) of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils The refunds on the products referred to in Article and fats between the Community and Greece ; 21 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC, exported to third Having regard to Council Regulation No countries and Greece, as fixed in the Annex to Regu­ 142/67/EEC (4) of 21 June 1967 on export refunds lation ( EEC ) No 2803 /72, are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation. on colza, rape and sunflower seeds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (5 ), and in particu­ lar the second sentence of Article 2 ( 3 ) thereof ; Article 2 Whereas the export refunds on oil seeds were fixed This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 January by Regulation (EEC) No 2803 /72 (6 ) ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
