REGULATION (EEC) No 131/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 January 1973 applying to raw tobacco Regulation No 1041/67/EEC on the detailed rules for the application of export refunds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1041 /67/EEC Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ '(EEC ) No 727/70 ' is inserted immediately after pean Economic Community ; '( EEC ) No 805 / 68 '.

Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 727/ 1 . In Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1041 /67/EEC 70 (*) of 21 April 1970 on the common organization ' and of the second indent of Article 7 ( 1 ) of of the market in raw tobacco, as last amended by Regulation (EEC ) No 165 /71 ' is replaced by 'of the Regulation ( EEC) No 1574/71 ( 2 ), and in particular second indent of Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) Article 9 (5 ) thereof ; No 165 /71 and of Article 5 ( 1 ) ( a ) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 326/71 ,'. 2.
