derogating from Regulation (EEC) No 2637/70 as regards the period of validity of export licences for cereals and rice
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas considerable price increases for most basic COMMUNITIES, cereals are currently being recorded on the world market ; whereas this is due to a fall in supply while Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro demand remains at a high level ; whereas such de pean Economic Community ; mand is likely to be felt more and more on the mar ket in processed products ;

Article1¶
