REGULATION (EEC) No 134/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 January 1973 introducing a countervailing charge on certain varieties of sweet oranges imported from Spain

Whereas the prices to be taken into consideration are prices on the representative markets referred to Article 2 in Regulation ( EEC ) No 1291 /70 (4), recorded or calculated in accordance with the provisions of This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 January Article 4 of that Regulation , and affected where 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
