REGULATION (EEC) No 156/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 January 1973 fixing the import levy on molasses

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levy at (present in force COMMUNITIES, should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC ( X ) of 18 December 1967 on the common organ­ isation of the market in sugar, as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (2), and in particular Article 14 ( 7) thereof; The levy referred to in Article 14 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1009/67/EEC is, in respect of molasses, hereby Whereas the import levy on molasses was fixed by fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation. Regulation (EEC) No 1395/72 (3) and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC ) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 January 1395/72 to the information at present available to 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
