REGULATION ( EEC) No 161 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 January 1973 altering the amount of the subsidy on colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the Commission that the amount of the subsidy COMMUNITIES , at present in force for colza and rape seed should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community -} Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 66/EEC (*) of 22 September 1966 on the estab­ lishment of a common organization of the market Article 1 in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation The amount of the subsidy referred to in Article 27 ( EEC ) No 1547/72 (2 ), and in particular Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC, as fixed in the Table (4) thereof ; annexed to Regulation ( EEC ) No 124/73 , is hereby Whereas the amount of the subsidy referred to in altered , in respect of colza and rape seed, as shown Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC was fixed in the Annex to this Regulation . by Regulation ( EEC) No 124/73 ( 3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC ) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 January 1599/72 ( 4) to the information at present available 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
