REGULATION (EEC) No 162/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 January 1973 altering the export refund on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria COMMUNITIES , and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC ) No 2803 /72 to the information at present available Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ to the Commission that the export refunds at pre­ pean Economic Community ; sent in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC ( J ) of 22 September 1966 on the estab­ lishment of a common organisation of the market in oils and fats , as last amended by Regulation HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ( EEC ) No 1547/72 ( 2 ) ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66/EEC ( 3 ) of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between the Community and Greece ; The refunds on the products referred to in Article 21 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC , exported to third Having regard to Council Regulation No countries and Greece , as fixed "in the Annex to Regu­ 142/67/EEC ( 4) of 21 June 1967 on export refunds lation ( EEC ) No 2803 / 72 as amended , are hereby on colza , rape and sunflower seeds , as last amended altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . by Regulation ( EEC ) No 2429 /72 ( 5 ), and in particu­ lar the second sentence of Article 2 ( 3 ) thereof : Article 2 Whereas the export refunds on oil seeds were fixed by Regulation ( EEC ) No 2803 / 72 ( 6 ), as amended This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 January by Regulation ( EEC ) No 102/73 ( 7 ) ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
