supplementing Regulation No 371/67/EEC fixing production refunds for starches and quellmehl

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, calculating the amount of production refunds for the new Member States :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/EEC ( x ) of 13 June 1967 on the common Article 1 organization of the market in cereals, as last amended by the Act* concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaty (2), and in The following paragraphs shall be added to Article particular Article 11 (3 ) thereof; 1 of Council Regulation No 371 /67/EEC :
