THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the rule ?, criteria COMMUNITIES . and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC ) No 2803/ 72 to the information at present available Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ to the Commission that the export refunds at pre­ pean Economic Community ; sent in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136 ■ 66 / EEC (*) of 22 September 1966 on the estab­ lishment of a common organisation of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ( EEC ) No 1547 / 72 ( 2 ) ; Article I Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66 / EEC ( 3 ) of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils The refunds on the products referred to in Article and fats between the Community and Greece ; 21 of Regulation No 136 / 66 / EEC, exported to third Having regard to Council Regulation No countries and Greece, as fixed in the Annex to Regu­ 142/ 67/ EEC (4 ) of 21 June 1967 on export refunds lation ( EEC ) No 2803 / 72 as amended , are hereby on colza , rape and sunflower seeds, as last amended altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . by Regulation ( EEC ; No 2429/ 72 ( 5 ), and in particu­ lar the second sentence of Article 2 ( 3 ) thereof ; Article 2 Whereas the export refunds on oil seeds were fixed by Regulation ( EEC ) No 2803 / 72 ( 6 ), as last amended lliis Regulation shall enter into force on 29 January by Regulation ( EEC ) No 162 /73 ( 7 ) ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
