REGULATION (EEC) No 219/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 January 1973 altering the refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the Commission that the export refunds at pre­ COMMUNITIES, sent in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; , • Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/EEC ( x ) of 13 June 1967 on the common or­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : . ganization of the market in cereals, as last amended by the Act (2) annexed to the Treaty (3) on the Article 1 Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January The refunds on the : pfodu-cts ' listed - in Article 1 - (a), 1972, and in particular the second sentence of the (b) and (c) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC, exported fourth subparagraph of Article 16 (2) thereof ; in the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regula­ tion (EEC) No 166/73 , are hereby altered as shown Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat in the Annex to this Regulation. ' : ■ > or rye flour, groats and meal were fixed by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 166/ 73 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February No 166/73 to the information at present available 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

N.B. : The zones are those defined in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 941 /72 ( OJ No L 107 , 6 . 5 . 1972).

The amount by which the refund may be increased pursuant to Article 1 of Regulation No 587/ 67/EEC is 2 u.a./ ton .
