REGULATION (EEC) No 220/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 31 January 1973 amending the Common Customs Tariff in respect of certain fishery products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community and to the European Atomic Energy Community (4), signed at Brussels on 22 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the January 1972 ; European Economic Community and in particular Articles 28 and 43 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Article 1 Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament ; The Annex to Regulation (EEC ) No 950/68 is amended as shown in Annex I to this Regulation. Whereas in the Agreement with Switzerland the Community has undertaken to abolish on an autonomous basis the tariff on certain freshwater fish Article 2 falling within heading No 03.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff; whereas, consequently, the Annex to Annex V to regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 is amended Council Regulation (EEC) No 950/68 (*) of 28 June as shown in Annex II to this Regulation. 1968 on the Common Customs Tariff, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 /73 (2), and Article 3 Annex V to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 (3 ) of 20 October 1970 on the common organization of the market in fishery products, as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February the Act annexed to the Treaty concerning the 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
