REGULATION (EEC) No 230/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 31 January 1973 on compensatory amounts for colza and rape seeds

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; 1 . For colza and rape seeds harvested in Denmark and in the United Kingdom in the 1972/73 crop year, Having regard to the Treaty concerning the inspected at the oilmill pursuant with Article 3 of Accession of new Member States to the European Regulation (EEC) No 2114/71 (2) or exported during Economic Community and the European Atomic the period from 1 February to 30 June 1973 , the Energy Community i1) signed at Brussels on 22 compensatory amounts to be deducted from the January 1972, and in particular Article 62 ( 1 ) of the subsidy referred to in Article 27 of Regulation No Act annexed thereto ; 136/66/EEC (3) and from the export refund referred to in Article 28 of that Regulation shall be as follows :

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Denmark : 1*38 u.a. per 100 kg, United Kingdom : 6-03 u.a. per 100 kg. Whereas Article 71 of the Act provides that the amount of subsidy for oil seeds harvested in a new Member State shall be adjusted by the compensatory 2. The compensatory amounts so deducted shall amount applicable in that State; whereas under not exceed the subsidy and export refund amounts Article 72 of the Act, in trade in oil seeds, the which are applicable. compensatory amount shall be applied only to refunds granted on export to third countries of oil seeds harvested in a new Member State ; Article 2

Whereas the application of Article 70 of the Act Detailed rules for the application of this Regulation requires that the derived intervention prices for colza shall be determined in accordance with the procedure and rape seeds harvested in Denmark and the United laid down in Article 38 of Regulation No Kingdom should be fixed at a level different from 136/66/EEC . that of the common prices;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
