REGULATION (EEC) No 273 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 marking a second amendment to the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1576/72 as regards the differential amounts for colza and rape seeds

Whereas Community agricultural rules are applicable to the new Member States from 1 February 1973 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February whereas this should be taken into account in par­ 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
