REGULATION (EEC) No 285/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 1 February 1973 fixing the refunds on milk and milk products exported in the natural state

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN in force in respect of the products listed in the COMMUNITIES, Annex to this Regulation should be altered as shown in that Annex ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the £j ro­ pean Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regula­ tion are in accordance with the Opinion of the Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ Management Committee for Milk ; 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by the Act (2) annexed to the Treaty (3) on the Accession of new Member States to the Article 1 European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on The refunds referred to in Article 17 of Regulation 22 January 1972, and in particular Article 17 (4) (EEC) No 804/68 on products exported in the thereof ; natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 267/73 , are hereby altered, in respect of the Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk pro­ products listed in the Annex to this Regulation, to ducts were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) the amounts shown therein . No 276/73 ( 4 ) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and Article 2 other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 267/73 to the information at present available to This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 February the Commission that the export refunds at present 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
