REGULATION (EEC) No 361 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation (EEC) No 229/73 (4) of 31 January 1973 COMMUNITIES , laying down general rules for the system of com­ pensatory amounts for cereals arises ; Having regard to the Treaty ( x) concerning the Accession of new Member States to the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation 235/73 ( 2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general (EEC) No 235/73 as compensatory amounts for rules for the system of compensatory amounts for poultrymeat for February 1973 are fixed in the Annex . poultrymeat, and in particular Article 8 (3 ) thereof ;

Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat Article 2 products were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 235/73 and Commission Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of No 370/73 (3) of 31 January 1973 ; whereas, however, its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities . the compensatory amounts are determined in ac­ cordance with Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 235/73 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council This Regulation shall apply from 1 February 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
