REGULATION (EEC) No 384/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 February 1973 on the restoration of Common Customs Tariff duties on men's and boys' under­ garments, including collars, shirt fronts and cuffs, other than of cotton, of heading ex 61.03 , originating in developing countries covered by the preferential tariff arran­ gements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2764/72 of 19 December 1972
