Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 463/ Article 2 71 (8) of 1 March 1971 on imports of olive oil from Morocco, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 February 2277/71 , and in particular Article 5 thereof ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
