REGULATION (EEC) No 425/73 OF THE COUNCIL

of 5 February 1973 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for Jerez wines falling within subheading ex 22.05 of the Common Customs Tariff, originating in Spain

If, by 15 September 1973 , a Member State has not used up its initial shares, it shall, not later than 10 3 . The second instalment of each quota, 8 000 October 1973 , return to the reserve the unused portion of these shares in excess of 20 % of the initial hectolitres or 42 000 hectolitres respectively, constitutes the reserve . amount. It may return a larger quantity if there are reasons to consider that such quantity might not be used .
