REGULATION (EEC) No 427/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 5 February 1973 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for wines from Jumilla, Priorato, Rioja and Valdepenas falling within subheading ex 22.05 of the Common Customs Tariff, originating in Spain
