REGULATION (EEC) No 451/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 concerning the issue in the new Member States of licences entiteling to the special import arrangements referred to in Article 14 (3) (b) (bb) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/6S during the first quarter of 1973

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas upon a strict application of Community rules COMMUNITIES , the new Member States would not be entitled to the benefit of a procedure affecting goods imported be­ tween 22 January and 23 April 1973 and benefiting Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European traders in the Community as originally constituted ; Economic Community ;

Whereas account is taken of this estimate when issuing Article 1 licences granting entitlement to the special import arrangements referred to in Article 14 (3) (b) (bb) of 1 .
