REGULATION (EEC) No 463 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing sluice-gate prices and levies in the market in pigmeat

Article 2 levies shall be limited to the amount resulting from that binding. 1 . The levies provided for in Article 8 of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC for the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) of that Regulation are fixed for the period 1 February Article 3 to 30 April 1973 as shown in Annex B. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of 2 . However, for products falling within subheadings its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities . 02.01 B II c) 1 to 7, 15.01 A I, 16.01 A and 16.02 A II of the Common Customs Tariff, in respect of which the rate of duty has been bound within GATT, the It shall apply from 1 February 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
