REGULATION (EEC) No 467/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing compensatory amounts for pigmeat products other than pig carcases

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN pig carcases, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) COMMUNITIES , No 2854/71 ( 4) ;

(a ) The compensatory amount applicable to sausages imported in containers also containing preservative liquid shall be levied on the net weight , after deducting the weight of the liquid . N.B. For products falling within subheading 02.01 B II c), 13.01 A 1, 16.01 A and 16.02 A II of the Common Customs Tariff for which the rate of duty has been within the framework of GATT, compensating amounts are limited to the amount resulting from this binding.
