REGULATION ( EEC) No 473/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 authorizing the United Kingdom to grant an aid as a transitional measure for sugar to be consumed in its territory
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Article 2 COMMUNITIES , 1 . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — when it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse, provided it is not sold to the intervention agency ; or Article 1 — the sale of sugar by the intervention agency ; 1 .
