REGULATION (EEC) No 477/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 February 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2603/71 on detailed rules for the conclusion of contracts for first processing and market preparation of tobacco held by intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN market preparation , these amounts are fixed on the COMMUNITIES , basis of the criteria referred to in Article 4 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 727/70 for the calculation of the premium, and to Article 6 (2) of the same Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European for the calculation of derived intervention prices Economic Community ; and are supplemented by an amount corresponding to current taking-over and transport costs calculated Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No at a standard rate ; 727/70 (*) of 21 April 1970 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in raw tobacco , as amended by Whereas the application of these criteria to the fixing Regulation (EEC) No 1574/71 (2), and in particular of premiums and derived intervention prices for the Article 7 (4) thereof ; 1972 crop entails amendment of the amounts at present in force ; Whereas Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 327/71 ( 3) of 15 February 1971 laying down certain Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation general rules relating to contracts for first processing are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management and market preparation, to storage contracts and to Committee for Tobacco ; disposal of tobacco held by intervention agencies provides for the conclusion of contracts for first processing and market preparation by invitation to tender ; whereas contracts may only be awarded to HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the most favourable tenderer provided the tender does not exceed an amount to be determined for each variety ; Article 1
