REGULATION (EEC) No 479/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing compensatory amounts applicable to Ireland from 1 February 1973 in respect of plaice
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN applicable to plaice not having the commercial charac COMMUNITIES , teristics of the product used as the basis for estab lishing the guidance price should be obtained from those coefficients used under the system of withdrawal Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Aces prices ; whereas this procedure leads to the use of a sion of new Member States to the European Economic coefficient of 0-8625 for fish gutted with head class Community and the European Atomic Energy ' Extra ' and A, size 4, and a coefficient of 0-7375 for Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972, all the other products concerned ; and the Act annexed thereto (hereinafter called the 'Act') ; . Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 240/ Committee for Fishery Products ; 73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for plaice, and in particular Article 11 (2 ) thereof ;
