REGULATION (EEC) No 479/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing compensatory amounts applicable to Ireland from 1 February 1973 in respect of plaice

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 240/ Committee for Fishery Products ; 73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for plaice, and in particular Article 11 (2 ) thereof ;
