REGULATION (EEC ) No 649/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 1 March 1973 fixing the 'monetary' compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1 ( 1 ) applies by analogy where, for the currency in COMMUNITIES , question , the average spot market rate during a period to be determined differs by at least 1 % from the exchange rate used ; whereas this applies at Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ present to the English pound and the Irish pound ; pean Economic Community ;
