REGULATION (EEC) No 656/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 February 1973 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Council Regulation (EEC ) No 229/73 (4) of 31 COMMUNITIES, January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for cereals arises ; Having regard to the Treaty ( 1 ) concerning the Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation 235 /73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general (EEC ) No 235 /73 as compensatory amounts for rules for the systems of compensatory amounts for poultrymeat for March 1973 are fixed in the Annex. poultrymeat, and in particular Article 8 ( 3 ) thereof ;

Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat Article 2 products were fixed by Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 235 /73 and Commission Regulation ( EEC ) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of No 370/73 (3 ) of 31 January 1973 ; whereas , however, its publication in the Official Journal of the European the compensatory amounts are determined in ac­ Communities . cordance with Article 3 of Regulation (EEC ) No 235 / 73 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of This Regulation shall apply form 1 March 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
