REGULATION (EEC) No 787/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 March 1973 concerning the supply of butteroil for shipment to certain third countries as a measure of Community aid to the World Food Programme
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 2537/72, for the manufacture and delivery fob of COMMUNITIES, 2 113 metric tons of butteroil, divided into the following lots : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro pean Economic Community ; ( a ) 500 metric tons for shipment to Mexico ;
Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 804/ ( b ) 500 metric tons for shipment to Mexico ; 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organi ( c) 709 metric tons for shipment to the Arab Re zation of the market in milk and milk products, public of Egypt ; as last amended by the Act ( 2 ) annexed to the Treaty (8) on the Accession of new Member States (d) 404 metric tons for shipment to various third to the European Economic Community and the countries as follows : European Atomic Energy Community, signed at — Bolivia : 100 tons ; Brussels on 22 January 1972, and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof ; — Upper Volta : 8 tons ;
