REGULATION (EEC) No 813/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 March 1973 extending the marketing year 1972/73 for beef and veal

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , necessary to extend the marketing year 1972/73 for beef and veal up to 29 April 1973 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 805 / HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 187/73 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 4 thereof ; The marketing year 1972/73 for beef and veal Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; shall end on 29 April 1973 and the marketing year 1973 /74 shall commence on 30 April 1973 . Whereas in consequence of the latest developments in the monetary situation it has become necessary to Article 2 reconsider all the matters bearing on the fixing of prices for the coming year, which will involve delay This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 March in the fixing of these prices ; whereas it is accordingly 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
