REGULATION (EEC) No 820/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 March 1973 completing the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 767/73 with the model certificate for Kashkaval cheese or for cheese made from sheep's milk or buffalo milk

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, due to an error the model certificate 'For COMMUNITIES , Kashkaval or sheep or buffalo cheeses in brine or in sheepskin or goatskin bottles' thus completed does Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ not appear in Annex A to Regulation ( EEC ) No pean Economic Community ; 767/73 ;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 804/ are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ 68 ( x ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products ; of the market in milk and milk products , as last amended by the Act ( 2 ) annexed to the Treaty ( 3) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : concerning the Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the Euro­ pean Atomic Energy Community, and in particular Article 1 Article 14 ( 7 ) thereof ; Annex A to Regulation ( EEC ) No 767/73 is completed by the model certificate appearing in the Annex to Whereas , according to Article 30 and to Annex II , this Regulation . Part II A ( d ) (2 ), to the said Act, particulars in the Article 2 languages of the new Member States should be added to the Annex to Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No This Regulation shall enter into force on the day 1053/ 68 (4) of 23 July 1968 defining the conditions of its publication in the Official Journal of the Euro­ for the admission of certain milk products to certain pean Communities . tariff headings, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 767/73 ( 5 ) ; It shall apply from 1 February 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
