fixing certain basic duties

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas, for the purpose of maintaining Community preference as provided in the second subparagraph of Article 33 of the Act the duties actually applied on Having regard to the Treaty concerning the Accession 1 January 1972 should be replaced, as basic duties of new Member States to the European Economic for the products aforesaid, by the duties as reduced Community and the European Atomic Energy on 1 January 1973 ; Community ( 1 ), signed on 22 January 1972, and in particular Article 33 of the Act annexed thereto ;
