REGULATION (EEC) No 898/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 March 1973 extending Regulation (EEC) Nos 2474/72 and 349/73 on the sale at reduced prices of intervention butter for direct consumption

The storage period for butter covered by Article 1 (b) of Regulation (EEC) No 2474/72 and Article 1 Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 883/73 (7) of (b) of Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 which is the 27 March 1973 extended the 1972/73 milk year to 30 subject of a storage contract due to expire on 31 April 1973 ; whereas Regulations (EEC) Nos 2474/72 March 1973 may be extended until 30 April 1973. and 349 /73 should be extended accordingly ; 2. In view of this, rights and obligations deriving from storage contracts shall, at the request of the party concerned, be extended until the day of removal from Whereas butter convened by Article 1 (b) of those storage to permit disposal under the said Regulations.
