REGULATION ( EEC) No 1007 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 April 1973 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 526/72, by suspending application of a system of payment varying according to the quality of the milk used for making drinking milk

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1411 /71 (*) of 29 June 1971 laying down additional rules on the common organization of the market in Article 1 milk and milk products falling within tariff heading No 04.01 , and in particular Article 7 thereof ; In Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 526/72, the date Whereas, the second subparagraph of Article 5 ( 1 ) of '31 March 1973' is replaced by '31 December 1973'. Regulation (EEC) No 1411 /71 requires that milk used for making drinking milk shall have been subject to a Article 2 system of payment varying according to quality ; whereas Article 3 of Commission Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day No 526/72 (2) of 14 March 1972 suspends application following its publication in the Official Journal of of that provision in Italy until 31 March 1973 ; the European Communities. whereas for administrative reasons , that Member State needs more time to introduce the system in question ; It shall apply from 1 April 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
