REGULATION (EEC) No 1021 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 16 April 1973 altering the refunds on exports of certain milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN central rate of these currencies and, in the case of COMMUNITIES, the US dollar, on the change in parity announced on 13 February 1973 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 1006/73 to the information at present available to 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization the Commission that the export refunds at present of the market in milk and milk products as last in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to amended by the Act ( 2 ) annexed to the Treaty (3 ) on this Regulation ; the Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1972, and in particular Article 17 (5 ) thereof ; Article 1 Having regard to the Opinion of the Monetary Committee ; The refunds on the products listed in Article 17 of Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk Regulation ( EEC) No 804/68 exported in the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation products were fixed by Regulation ( EEC ) No ( EEC ) No 1006/73 , are hereby altered to the amounts 1006/73 ( 4 ) ; shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas, if the refund system is to operate normally, refunds should be calculated on the basis of an Article 2 exchange rate which is based, in the case of currencies which are floating or whose central rate differs from This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 April the official parity, on the effective rate or the 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
