REGULATION ( EEC) No 1049/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 18 April 1973 re-establishing Common Customs Tariff duties on glass inners for vacuum flasks or for other vacuum vessels falling within heading No 70.12, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2762/72 of 19 December 1972 apply

Whereas, in respect of glass inners for vacuum flasks This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day or for other vacuum vessels the ceiling, calculated as following its publication in the Official Journal of indicated above, should be 66 000 units of account ; the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
