REGULATION (EEC) No 1109/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 30 April 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 883/73 extending the milk year 1972/73

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN accordingly necessary to extend the milk year COMMUNITIES, 1972/ 1973 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in milk and milk products, as last In Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No amended by the Act (2) concerning the conditions of 883/73 (3) of 27 March 1973 extending the milk Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties, and year 1972/73 , the date 30 April 1973 shall be in particular Article 2 thereof ; replaced by the date 13 May 1973 , and the date 1 May 1973 by the date 14 May 1973 . Having regard to the proposal from the Commis­ sion ; Article 2 Whereas it has not been possible to fix in due time This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May the prices for the milk year 1973/74 ; whereas it is 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
